This employment agreement (this “Agreement”) by and between Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (“Lions Gate”) and Jon Feltheimer (“Feltheimer”) is entered into as of August 21, 2020. Lions Gate and Feltheimer agree that as of the Effective Date (as defined below), the terms of this Agreement shall replace and supersede the amended and restated employment agreement entered into as of May 30, 2013 and subsequently amended as of October 11, 2016, between Feltheimer and Lions Gate (the “Prior Agreement”).

This employment agreement (this “Agreement”) by and between Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (“Lions Gate”) and Jon Feltheimer (“Feltheimer”) is entered into as of May 30, 2013. Lions Gate and Feltheimer agree that as of the Effective Date (as defined below), the terms of this Agreement shall replace and supersede the amended and restated employment agreement entered into as of December 30, 2008, between Feltheimer and Lions Gate (the “Prior Agreement”).
