Upon your acceptance of this agreement, you as the sales associate will be an Independent Contractor with Preferred Properties International Realty, Inc. In the event you do not elect to be associated with a Realtor Board, you will automatically be an associated with Preferred Properties Int’l Referral, Inc and will not be required to be associated with any Realtor board or Association.
