This Student Training Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Chabot Las Positas Community College Distrcit d/b/a Chabot College (“Sponsoring Institution”) and DaVita Dialysis Contracting, LLC on its own behalf and on behalf of and for the benefit of the following other affiliates of DaVita Inc.: Palomar Dialysis, LLC; Renal Treatment Centers-California, Inc.; Sapelo Dialysis, LLC; Shayano Dialysis, LLC; Tarley Dialysis, LLC; Total Renal Care, Inc.; and Walker Dialysis, LLC (together with DaVita Dialysis Contracting, LLC, collectively, “the Company.”)
