This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legal agreement that governs and rules REPUBLICAN SINGLES, LLC’s relationship with its users and others that interact with REPUBLICAN SINGLES, LLC and our subsidiaries and/or our affiliates (“REPUBLICAN SINGLES,” “we,” or “us”) in connection with the use of REPUBLICAN SINGLES’ websites (including www.republicansingles.com) (the “Sites”) and our Services (as defined throughout this Agreement).
