The related Mortgagor may also satisfy the insurance carrier ratings requirements with “cut through” or credit wrap endorsements issued by an insurer having an S&P rating of not lower than “A” and, with respect to Factory Mutual Insurance Company, the rating for S&P may be satisfied with an “A-pi” rating.
