This Agreement, entered into this day of June, 2019, by and between the managers and directors of the Workforce Development One-Stop Partners (One-Stop Partners) serving the Kern, Inyo, and Mono Counties Workforce Development Area (the “KIM WDA”), as overseen by the Kern, Inyo, and Mono Counties Workforce Development Board (the “KIM WDB”).
