These terms and conditions apply between each reseller (either an individual person or a single legal entity, both referred to herein as “Reseller”) having executed a separate Dirac Live Upgrade Reseller Agreement and Dirac Research AB (“Dirac” or “we”), a Swedish corporation with corp. reg. no. 556612-5067. Individually, Reseller and Dirac may be referred to as a “Party” and, together, Dirac and Reseller may be referred to as the “Parties”.
