THIS ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made this 30th day of November, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Dunmore Oil Company, Inc. and JoJo Oil Company, Inc. Joseph Gentile, Jr. (“Covenantor”), an individual with an address at 52 Ivywood Drive, Clarks Summit, PA 18411, joins this Agreement pursuant to Section 18.
