THIS AGREEMENT, (hereafter, “Agreement”) is made by and between the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (hereafter, “SBCAG”) and Easy Lift Transportation (hereinafter, “Recipient”) (individually referred to as “Party”; collectively “Parties”) wherein Recipient agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and SBCAG agrees to allow Recipient to use SBCAG-owned vehicles.
