Replace ‘Initial Period’ in each instance it appears in Section VIII with ‘Initial Period or the end of a subsequent year of participation’. 2. Section V (CONTRIBUTOR’s Rights and Responsiblities), Subsection A is amended such that the CONTRIBUTOR (City of Tempe) agrees to contribute an additional $44,500 (($5,900*5) + ($5,000*3)) to the FTF grant monies account upon full execution of this Amendment. This contribution, in combination with the original $138,500 contribution, will fund "Buy-In" participation for each PROVIDER for the Initial Period plus additional coaching after the Initial Perio
