User License Agreement “EULA” is a legally binding agreement between you (a natural person or individual corporate identity) and ABB Automation Products GmbH, registered in the trade directory of the Mannheim District Court under HRB 700229, having its business domicile in 68526 Ladenburg, Wallstadter Strasse 59, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “ABB”). The cause for this agreement is the “ABB Automation Builder” software. It encompasses computer software, control software, the associated media, printed material and electronic documentation (hereinafter referred to as “Product”).
