THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this date , by and between Corporate Risk Solutions a corporation, whose address is 11900 W. 87th Street Parkway, Suite 120, Lenexa KS 66215, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," and the CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, a home rule municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City," to be effective upon approval of the Denton City Council and subsequent execution of this Contract by the Denton City Manager or his duly authorized designee.
