This Manufacturer‘s Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is restricted to products that are manufactured by Solar Data Systems, Inc. (“SDSI”), and excludes products manufactured by other manufacturers (including, without limitation, meters, cellular modems, cable sets, wireless packages, etc.) that are sold by SDSI or used in conjunction with SDSI products. The warranty conditions of those manufacturers apply to their products. The SDSI Products covered by this Warranty are the Solar-Log 350, 350LAN, 360, 370, Solar-Log 10 (collectively, the “Product”).
