This Altova End User License Agreement for Authentic® (“AEULA”) governs your right to (i) use the Authentic Desktop Enterprise Edition software, (ii) use, reproduce and distribute the Authentic Browser-Plugin Enterprise Edition software, (iii) use the Authentic Desktop Community Edition software and (iv) use, reproduce and distribute the Authentic Browser-Plugin Community Edition software (each or collectively hereinafter referenced, as “Authentic Software”). Your license rights depend on the specific software edition that you have licensed as some editions have different rights and restrictions applicable to them as set forth in detail below. This Authentic EULA is a legal document between you and Altova GmbH (“Altova”).
