This Superintendent Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by the Board of Trustees of the Sequoia Union High School District ("District" or "Board") and Crystal Leach, Superintendent (“Ms. Leach” or "Superintendent"). The District and Ms. Leach are collectively referred to as “the Parties”. This Superintendent Employment Agreement is effective April 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”).
