THIS INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), dated as of the date stated above, is by and between Granby Telephone LLC d/b/a OTELCO ("ILEC") with offices at 56 Campus Drive, New Gloucester, Maine 04260, and Teleport Communications America, LLC (“CLEC”) with offices at 1 AT&T Way, Bedminster, NJ 07921. This Agreement may refer to either ILEC or CLEC or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
