One of the main purposes of this Agreement is to maintain in full force and effect a harmonious relationship between the management and the employees. To that end, the parties agree to act reasonably, with dignity and respect, in the interpretation and the application of the Collective Agreement as whole, as no business can progress or prosper unless a mutual feeling of respect and confidence exists between the Management and the Union.
