This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) for the Auditing Services (“Project”) is made and entered into on this day of March 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and Grove, Mueller & Swank, P.C., an Oregon professional corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Auditor”).
