This MILLENNIUM CHALLENGE COMPACT (the “Compact”) is made between the United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation, a United States Government corporation (“MCC”), and the Government of the Republic of Nicaragua (the “Government”) (referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”). A compendium of capitalized terms defined herein is included in Exhibit A attached hereto.
