This Third Amendment (“Amendment 3”) to the Iter Ebooks License Agreement Dated October 23rd, 2019, and all subsequent amendments thereto (the “Agreement”) is entered into on January 26, 2023 (“Amendment Effective Date”) by and between University of California – San Diego, 9500 Gilman Drive, La Jolla, California 92093 (“Licensee”), and Iter, University of Toronto Libraries, Suite 7009, 130 St. George St., Toronto, ON MSS 1A5 (“Licensor”).
