This Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement (“Agreement”), is entered into by and between CenturyTel’s Wisconsin Local Exchange Companies as listed on Attachment II (“CenturyTel”) and United States Cellular Corporation (“U.S. Cellular”), (collectively, "the Parties").
