Programmatic Agreements for Project-Level Air Quality AnalysesTraffic Volume • September 10th, 2015
This study was requested by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), and conducted as part of the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Project 25-25. The NCHRP is supported by annual voluntary contributions from the state Departments of Transportation. Project 25-25 is intended to fund quick response studies on behalf of the AASHTO Standing Committee on the Environment. The report was prepared by Edward Carr, Seth Hartley and Autumn Bordner from ICF International, Inc.; John Zamurs from ZAMURS AND ASSOCIATES, LLC; Roger Wayson from Wyle Aerospace Group; and George Noel from Volpe Transportation Systems Center.
