By opening or maintaining an Account with us, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement includes the following disclosures (i) the Schedule of Account Fees and Terms, (ii) Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-SIGN”) Disclosure, (iii) our Privacy Policy, and (iv) any additional disclosures regarding your Account and/or related features or services that the Bank may provide to you from time to time. Fees referenced throughout this Agreement can be found in the Schedule of Account Fees and Terms included below and on www.brinksmoneyallaccess.com.
