THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered as of June 18, 2020, by and between the City of Northfield, Rice County, Minnesota, 801 Washington Ave., a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (“Northfield”); the City of Dundas, Rice County, Minnesota, 216 Railway Street N., a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (“Dundas”); and the Northfield Rural Fire Protection District, PO Box 280, Dundas, Minnesota 55019, a joint powers board formed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 471.59 (comprised of Bridgewater Township, Northfield Township, Webster Township, and Forest Township in Rice County, and Waterford Township, Sciota Township, and Greenvale Township in Dakota County, Minnesota)
