These Ford Pro EV Charging Solutions Hardware Sales Terms and Conditions (together with all Sales Orders, these “T&Cs”) are a legally binding agreement between Customer and Ford Pro, effective upon your acceptance hereof by clicking the “Accept” button (the “Effective Date”).
