Customer agrees that CA may use any feedback provided by Customer related to any CA Offering for any CA business purpose, without requiring consent including reproduction and preparation of derivative works based upon such feedback, as well as distribution of such derivative works. 4.5 The receiving Party agrees, upon request of the disclosing Party, to return to the disclosing Party all Confidential Information in its possession or certify the destruction thereof. 4.6 In the event of a breach of this section, the disclosing Party may not have an adequate remedy at law.
