THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Oronoco Networks, Inc., a Florida corporation, (“Oronoco”) and shall be effective as stated in the Definitions. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Oronoco or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
