This supplement to the United Parcel Service IBT National Agreement shall apply to all United Parcel Service employees working in the classifications set forth in the wage schedule and within the jurisdiction of Locals 30, 110, 249, 261, 397, 491, 538, and 585. Except as provided herein, the provisions of the UPS IBT National Agreement shall prevail.
