MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 29th day of December 2017, by and between the METROPOLITAN PIER AND EXPOSITION AUTHORITY, a municipal corporation, body politic and unit of local government created and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois (“Authority”), and SMG FOOD AND BEVERAGE d/b/a SAVOR, an LLC duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Manager”) and amends and restates in its entirety the Banquet and Concessions Management Agreement, dated August 22, 2011 (the “Original Management Agreement”).
