These NLPatent Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are an agreement between Legalicity Ltd. dba NLPatent with a place of business at 127 Priscilla Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M6S 3W4 (“We”, “Us”, “Our” or “Legalicity”) and, in the case of an individual accepting this Agreement on his or her own behalf, such individual, or in the case of an individual accepting this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, the company or other legal entity for which you are accepting this Agreement, (“You”, “Your” or the “Customer”). This Agreement is entered into the earlier of: (a) the date Customer first uses any part of the Services; and (b) the date Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement includes and incorporates the terms and conditions in the Purchase Order.
