THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is entered into by the Director of Human Resource Services of the County of Alameda for the Alameda County Fire Department, a political subdivision hereinafter named as "Department" and the International Association of Firefighters Local 55A, hereinafter named as "Union" as a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Alameda concerning the conditions of employment to be in effect from January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2003, for employees within Bargaining Unit 019.
