This AGREEMENT entered into 22nd Day of February, 2010 by and between the Township of Nutley, County of Essex, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter called the "TOWNSHIP" and, Superior Officers Association of FMBA Local 44-A hereinafter called the “ASSOCIATION or FMBA,” duly appointed representative of all full time Lieutenants and Captains, employed by the Township, excluding all other fire officers with the exception of the Deputy Chief as stated. The Deputy Chief shall be excluded from the following sections: Section V, Section VI, Section VII, and Section VIII. The 'Association represents the complete and final understanding on all bargained issues between the Township and the Association.

This AGREEMENT entered into 22nd day of February 2010 by and between the Township of Nutley, County of Essex, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter called the "TOWNSHIP" and FMBA Local #44, duly appointed representative of all full time firefighters, fire inspectors, and fire fighters assigned to duty other than mentioned, employed by the Township, excluding all other fire officers and the Deputy Fire Chief, hereinafter called the “ASSOCIATION or FMBA", represents the complete and final understanding on all bargained issues between the Township and the Association.
