The Department of State Health Services (“DSHS” or “Receiving Agency” or the “System Agency”) and Texas A & M University (“TAMU” or “Performing Agency”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following agreement for environmental contaminant analysis services (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of “The Interagency Cooperation Act,” Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
