The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Employer and its employees and to provide orderly procedure for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and for the maintenance of mutually satisfactory hours of work, wages and working conditions in the Home. It is the desire of the parties hereto to co-operate and work harmoniously together in promoting mutual interest in the operation of the Home.
