This AGREEMENT has been made and entered into this day of , 2022 by and between the TOWN OF WILTON, CONNECTICUT ( municipal corporation of that name, hereinafter referred to as the “TOWN”) and the INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION (A Connecticut Corporation) OF FIRE FIGHTERS (AFL-CIO), on behalf of LOCAL #2233 hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “UNION”) in order to maintain and promote harmonious relationships between the TOWN and such of its employees as are within the provisions of the AGREEMENT and to ensure the efficiency and continuity of their duties of public service to be rendered to the Town.
