The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) requested agreement in writing from Clapham Deal Limited (company registration number 06855471) (“the Licensee”) to revoke its gas shipper Licence (“the Licence”) granted on 11 December 2009 under Section 7A(2) of the Gas Act 1986. Written consent to revoke the Licence was received from the Licensee on 22 March 2010.
