WHEREAS Council deems it expedient to enter into an agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Port Hope and Clean-Mark Group Canada for janitorial services at the Town Hall, 56 Queen Street, Public Washrooms beside Town Hall and for the Police Station at 230 Walton Street;
