SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT ( “Agreement”) is made effective as of the d1a7y of September , 2015 (“Ef fective Date”) by and between the Housing Trust Fund Corporation (“Grantee” or “HTFC”) and The Research Foun dation for th e State Univ ersity of New York as fiscal adm inistrator on behalf of the New Yo rk State S mall Business Develop ment Center (“SBDC”) Network, which is comprised of entities at SUNY Syste m Ad ministration, SUNY Stony Brook, SUNY Farm ingdale and Staten Island Community College (collectively referred to here in as the “Subre cipient”). T he f oregoing Grantee and Subrecip ient shall so metimes be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
