This is a contract (the Contract by and between the Texas Health and Human Services Commission ( HHSC System Agency ), an administrative agency within the executive department of the State of Texas and having its principal office at 4900 N. Lamar Blvd., Austin, TX, and Brightleaf Group, Inc. ( Vendor, Contractor Respondent ), a DIR Vendor supplying Comprehensive Web Development and Managed Services, having its principal office at 7000 North MoPac Expressway, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78731 (each a Party and collectively the Parties ). Upon execution by the Parties, the additional contract documents listed below (collectively, the Statement of Work SOW ) shall be incorporated in their entirety into this SOW Signature Document.
