This Box Zones Addendum (“Zones Addendum”) to the Box Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Box entity and the customer identified on the applicable Order for Box Zones (respectively, “Box” and “Customer”), and is effective and Customer agrees to be bound by its terms, upon the Service Start Date set forth in the applicable Order (“Zones Addendum Effective Date”). Box and Customer are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
