This AGREEMENT is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and , a California non-profit corporation, licensed as a “Foster Family Agency”, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.” This Agreement shall be administered by the County of Orange Social Services Agency Director or designee, hereinafter referred to as “ADMINISTRATOR.”
