The Illinois Emergency Management Agency (Grantor), with its principal office at 1035 Outer Park Drive, Springfield, Illinois 62704, and McHenry County (Grantee), with its principal office at 2200 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock, IL 60098, hereby enter into this Intergovernmental Grant Agreement (Agreement). Grantor and Grantee are collectively referred to herein as “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
