The non-exclusive Digitization Agreement (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of Month xx, 20xx (the “Effective Date”), by and between FindMyPast.com (“FindMyPast”), along with its subsidiaries and affiliates, and the National Archives and Records Administration, an independent agency in the executive branch of the United States Government with its headquarters in Washington, DC (“NARA”) (with each of FindMyPast and NARA being referred to as a “party” or collectively as the “parties”).
