This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between NOS Communications, Inc. (NOS), a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Maryland, with offices at 4380 Boulder Highway, Las Vegas, NV 89121, and Verizon North Inc., f/k/a GTE North Incorporated, Contel of the South, Inc., d/b/a Verizon North Systems (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Wisconsin, with offices at 100 Executive Drive, Marion, OH 43302. (NOS and Verizon may be referred to hereinafter, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
