This Wide Area Network Leasing and Services Agreement is entered into this day of February 2022 (the “Effective Date”), between the Lake Wales Charter Schools, Inc., a Florida not-for- profit corporation (the “District”), and WANRack, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“WANRack”). The District and WANRack are sometimes referred to individually in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
