The Delaware Department of Transportation is seeking to establish a three (3) year open-end agreement with a consulting firm that can assist with the development, implementation and evaluation of the Delaware Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP). The selected consultant shall be familiar with DelDOT’s Project Development Process and comply with all FHWA and FTA requirements. Work assignments will be issued on a task order basis and will be at the discretion of the Department and the availability of funding.
