The purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Corporation and its employees represented by the Union; to establish and maintain rates of pay, hours, and working conditions for the said employees consistent with the maintenance of an efficient civic service; and to provide a procedure for the settlement of grievances. Use of the masculine gender in this Agreement shall be considered to also include the feminine.
