This Massachusetts Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is incorporated by reference into the Service Agreement (as defined below) entered into by and between the school district, Westwood Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as “LEA”) and ClassDojo, Inc (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) on May 26, 2020. (each of Provider and LEA, a “Party” and together “Parties”). The Parties agree to the terms as stated herein.
