This agreement is entered into between Independent School District No. 47, Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the School District, and the School Service Employees Local 284 SEIU, hereinafter referred to as exclusive representative, pursuant to and in compliance with the Public Employment Labor Relations Act of 1971 as amended, hereinafter referred to as the P.E.L.R.A., to provide the terms and conditions of employment for Clerical employees during the duration of this agreement.
