THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is hereby made by and between the CITY OF BRYAN, TEXAS, a home rule municipal corporation (“Bryan”), and the CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, Texas, a home rule municipal corporation (“College Station”) each acting by and through its duly authorized city council and agents. The Cities of Bryan and College Station are collectively referred to herein as the “Cities,” or the “Parties,” and each is individually referred to as a “City,” or a “Party”.
